Watchdog press is already in surprise after debunking all its lies and propaganda on innocent people in Juba. It is not Gen. Gregory alone. The victims of this shadow media include the head of state…. Kanybil Noon, with his watchdog press, which is enemies of the state, and disturbing service delivery in South sudan through preaching of negative things that are not true. Watchdog press is merely a hired media outlet to innocently and notoriously targeted Gen. Gregory, through his political enemies in Juba, this article wants to bring to the public attention that the facts-findings presented in the previous article are accurate without any single doubt to what Watchdog press responded.Watchdog press is just relying on the second information from a desperate intruder into someone’s land in the name of Achol William Amoi.
This publication wants to let the public know that Achol is using violence and other illegal grounds to claim the ownership of the land that does not belong to her. But still, nobody is above the law. As enuncated in previous articles, Achol William is a very controversial woman in politics and outside politics – she is a violent, arrogant, and hardheaded kind of woman who always reached to something that doesn’t belongs to her by force.
As a, proof to this . Achol William attacked the premises using mob when the case was already in court and resorted to violence. Is that legal for her to do that? Is that not a criminal activity? Why did Achol repudiated to follow the legal procedures instead of smear campaigns and political witchhunt on Gen. Gregory? These are crucial evidence that Achol William is an intruder to someone’s land, and that was why she used violence as a tool to covertly hire the gangsters in Thongpiny to storm the premises.
A rebuttal to the following points.
First,watchdog press asked a question on the ownership of the dispute land claim by Achol William.Yes, the land legally belongs to Gen. Gregory, without any doubt, Achol William is just an intruder to the land using propaganda, smearing campaigns, and other illegal kind of manners to put herself as the owner of the land. Watchdog mentioned that in my previous article, the rebuttal failed to present the most basic to support why Gen. Gregory is the owner of that land. That is not true. All the required legal documents are available and shall be provided for public consumption.
Secondly, Watchdog made a reference to some alleged previous land grabbing in Juba that is not even true because watchdog and its subsidiaries failed to present evidence of such a claim. The watchdog press of Mr. Kanybil Noon is attacking everyone across South sudan, not Gen. Gregory alone. Kanybil is an official spokesman of SSSM in Kenya, claiming to be an activist. He is an enemy of the state
