First and foremost, happy Christmas to everyone. The purpose of this article is to clear the air from the naked allegations posted by watchdog media about Gen. Gregory being accused as a land grabber. It is, therefore, good to listen to the other side of the story and balance out the truth from falsehood. This article is to debunk the false claims by the controversial woman in the name of Achol William Amoi. She is the former deputy speaker from Nothern Bhar el Gazal legislative Assembly. It is a surprise that this controversial woman hired watchdog media, which has been notoriously and politically fighting Gen. Gregory, for the reason known to them, preaching things that do not exist on Gregory. Watchdog and its subsidiaries need to be brought to attention that Achol William is providing them with false information of that land she claimed.
The plot of land in Juba being illegally claimed by Achol William Amoi does not belong to her. She has no any legal documents for the land she claimed its ownership on social media through watchdog. The land belongs to Gen. Gregory, who possesses all the legal and full entitlement of the land for a period of four years now. Hon. Achol William Amoi is just an intruder into that land. She is a well-known controversial woman for messing things in politics and outside politics. A lot of people know her. This is not the first incident for her to claim lands that do not belong to her. Achol just needs to use an advantage on Gregory to take that land illegally.
Dear readers, The land that Achol William Amoi claimed was being rented to Greater Ruaha Drilling company, and money was being taken from the company by her without the knowledge of Gen. Gregory, who is the owner of the land , the person who was in charge of legal procedures of the land, was being blindfolded by Achol William, claiming the ownership of the land which is not true.When Greater Ruaha Drilling company was evicted from the land a few days ago in line with the court procedures about the dispute of land between the intruder Achol William and Gen. Gregory, who has the original documents of the land for four years now . Achol, therefore, downplays criminal activities and clandestinely sends a team of mobs and gangster who went on rampage burning and destroying the premises and also targeting the mini lulu factory inside the compound that was also affected by fire.
This is a clear indication that Achol William is a criminal and land grabber number one. If that is not the case, then why did she illegally and secretly tasked the mob of gangster to come and destroyed the part of the premises after the eviction of Greater Ruaha Drilling company from the land as part of the legal procedures that are taking place? Everything is in the court to determine. Achol William is supposed to wait instead of using violence and media propaganda watchdog to preach something that is not true. She is a member of watchdog. The conclusion of this article is to warn watchdog, its subsidiaries, and Achol William Amoi to immediately cease from propaganda. Let them wait for the court rulings .
